4. Product Access and Delivery

All digital products purchased from Found & Lovely are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment verification through Gumroad, our checkout and payment processor, you will receive immediate access to download your digital product files or receive your access links.

For CryptDesk, you receive immediate digital download access to the standalone edition of the application along with complete setup instructions and documentation.

5. Payments, Pricing, and Checkout

Product prices displayed on Found & Lovely are the base or marketing prices presented on the website at the time of purchase, generally stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.

Purchases are processed through Gumroad (buy.foundandlovely.store / gumroad.com), a third-party checkout and payment service that handles the checkout and payment process.

Depending on the customer's location and Gumroad's checkout settings, Gumroad may display the purchase price in a local currency or apply localized pricing at checkout. The final price, currency, taxes, and any other applicable charges presented by Gumroad at checkout are the amounts applicable to that transaction. Found & Lovely does not represent or warrant that every customer will be charged in USD or see the exact numerical USD amount displayed on our marketing pages.

For CryptDesk, our website displays a base promotional launch offer (currently displayed as $9.99 USD, 50% off the regular $19.99 USD base price). This promotional pricing represents our baseline marketing offer. The final price and currency presented to you at checkout may vary depending on your geographical location and Gumroad's checkout configuration. There is currently no defined expiration date for this launch offer.

Found & Lovely may change product prices or promotional pricing in the future. Any applicable promotional pricing will be shown on the website or at checkout.

Found & Lovely does not control currency conversion rates, localized pricing adjustments, payment-provider fees, or taxes that may be applied by Gumroad or otherwise required for a particular transaction.

Found & Lovely does not directly process, collect, or store your credit card numbers or financial account credentials. All payment details are submitted directly to and processed securely by Gumroad in accordance with Gumroad's terms and security protocols.

6. Refunds and Digital Products

Digital product purchases, payment dispute resolutions, and any applicable refund requests are governed by the specific refund policy presented at checkout through Gumroad (buy.foundandlovely.store) at the time of purchase.

7. Product Licenses and Permitted Use

For Printable PDF Planners and Guides

You may:

• Download the PDF file to your personal computer or mobile device.
• Print physical copies solely for your personal or household planning use.
• Digitally annotate, mark up, or fill out your personal copy using compatible PDF reader software.

You may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, lease, or rent the PDF file or any portion thereof.
• Redistribute or publicly share the digital PDF via websites, social media, file-sharing platforms, or email groups.
• Claim authorship, copyright, or ownership of the designs, text, or layouts.
• Modify, rebrand, or extract elements to sell or distribute as your own products.

For CryptDesk and Interactive Applications

You may:

• Run and use the application on your personal devices for your own personal and household event planning.
• Use the built-in backup utility to export and safeguard your personal event data.

You may NOT:

• Host, deploy, or republish the standalone application files on public web servers or shared digital networks.
• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the application, except to the extent that such restrictions are expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Extract, package, or redistribute UI designs, icons, graphics, scripts, or assets for use in other projects or commercial products.
• Resell, transfer, or commercialize access to the application.
• Bypass or attempt to circumvent any technical limitations or licensing mechanisms.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, features, and functionality on the Found & Lovely storefront and within our digital products, including but not limited to brand names, logos, product titles, written copy, illustrations, visual designs, user interface elements, icons, interactive scripts, and software source code, are the exclusive property of Found & Lovely and its licensors.

9. CryptDesk and Local Data Storage

Our flagship application, CryptDesk, is engineered with an offline-first, client-side architecture designed for maximum privacy and independence:

• Browser Storage: All event data you enter into CryptDesk (including guest lists, budgets, shopping items, and timeline milestones) is stored exclusively on your own device using your browser's local storage (localStorage).
• No Cloud Sync or Server Backup: Your party planning entries are never transmitted to, synchronized with, or stored on Found & Lovely servers. Consequently, Found & Lovely does not have access to your data and cannot recover lost planning information.
• User Responsibility & Backups: You are solely responsible for maintaining your device environment. Actions such as clearing browser cookies/site data, using private or incognito browsing windows, or changing devices can reset locally stored data. You are strongly advised to use CryptDesk's built-in export tool to save a local JSON backup file of your plans regularly.
• Offline Execution: Once loaded, the standalone edition of CryptDesk runs locally in your browser without requiring an active internet connection.

10. Product Updates and Availability

Found & Lovely reserves the right to update, modify, enhance, or discontinue any product or feature at our discretion, including releasing bug fixes and UI refinements.

A one-time digital purchase entitles you to the product version and included updates as described on the product page at the time of your purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, a purchase does not guarantee perpetual future major revisions or separate new standalone products.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

We utilize third-party services to support our website operations and customer transactions, including Cloudflare Pages for secure website hosting and content delivery, and Gumroad (buy.foundandlovely.store) for checkout, payment processing, localized currency handling, and digital download fulfillment.
